I’m back, after a week in San Diego. Very different from the East Coast, of course. I was struck by all that space and greenery, and the mountains. It was like being in a different country, my aunt and I joked.
Early morning by the lake
I didn’t have much time to see the sights, but I did manage to get a few snapshots as a passenger, before I had to take over the driving. Maybe next time I visit I can take my time to walk around and be a tourist. I was also going to post while I was there, but I was too busy looking around and soaking in the open space.
Ah yes, our San Diego through the eyes of a visitor! Thank you! 😎 Question – aren’t fire hydrants yellow where you live?
LOL ! I forgot to write that – our fire hydrants here are red, which I thought was ‘universal’ – guess not. Wish I had more time to walk around, I saw so many interesting things, but couldn’t stop to take pictures.
