A new playmate for Sydney.

We’ve inherited a Shih-Tzu, from friends who moved to a condo complex that doesn’t allow pets 😦  So we’re sort of babysitting him until they can claim him back.  But you know how that goes … the last time we babysat pets for friends was back in the early 2000’s, and the pets are still with us …

Since Sydney is twice his size, Mac will go up high to get away from Sydney.  They’re slowly getting used to each other; now they play with each other instead of Mac nipping at Sydney’s ankles to get away from her.  We have to keep telling Sydney to leave Mac alone, instead of continually running over him or chewing his neck …

And they do sit together quietly … for about two seconds …

Yep … the house is turning into a zoo once again …
