As we drove out onto the highway, everywhere I looked was blinding white.
As I gazed out the window, the scenery was white and brown against a blue background.
Seems like I’m still in a ‘brown’ mood, left over from last summer and fall …
The snow seemed to have been there forever … nothing has changed for the last month …
I took photos as we drove by …
There was a beauty in the landscape …
Even with the bare and dried trees, all brown and wrinkled …
… and the shadows of the trees adding to the busyness of the scene …
Even the brown dirty snow and slush fit in with the landscape …
Maybe when the snow melts, it’ll be spring …
