Orange-Red Lilly

I’m so glad these orange-red calla lillies came out this year.  (Eeek!  apologies; these are not calla lillies!)

Sometimes it doesn’t bloom at all, so I make the most of it when it does.   Here’s a shot of how it looks like now.  There’s more buds waiting to bloom, so can’t wait for those to come out.

I’m finally  getting some good macro shots (with a borrowed lens – I have to play with it as much as I can! 🙂 )  I still have to work on getting the correct exposure for  red and orange subjects. (yaay … I get to play with the camera and lens some more!)
